Return policy
Due to Health Regulations, all items that have been worn are non returnable. Items can only be returned if it was the wrong item/color/size shipped to you, or if there was a defect in the product upon opening. All items must be returned for exchange of same item or store credit as soon as receiving items (there is no refund on shipping charges). If items are returned after 10 business days we reserve the right to not exchange or credit items,if we show it was the right item/color on the order form, or if item is returned and abused.

Any Item on Sale is non-returnable. All Items are considered Final after the 10th day from receiving the product.

All Closeout items are non-returnable.
All Shipping Costs are non Refundable. That includes items returned as the shipping charges we can not get back from a product.
Shipping Times Varry with every order due to manufacturers time to process a order and ship to you the customer. While most our extremely well, some do take longer then others and we try to stock the most common sellers for faster shipping service Thank You.

Product Policy
All products sell fast, which means yes we have lots of stock, but someone may by the whole lot, or all of one size. Our Products are constantly changing and always being updated.

If you order an item which has been sold out before we could update the website, we will contact you Via email and inform you of the issue, and if we are getting more of this product. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping
All items are wrapped and shipped discreetly in packages from one of the following shippers: Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS.

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours while some take longer. We have over 30 Manufacturers (& obtaining more to bring you a wide selection) and while most will Dropship the item if we do not have it in stock, some have to ship it direct to us and this will lengthen the shipping time. ALL FP Items take over a week to ship out, this is due to the number of orders in the warehouse and takes about 72 hours before they can catch up to the order, then ship it out, so that is 3 days there, then another 4-5business days for item to be shipped to us. Then we ship USPS Priority to you! Please be advised that There are a large amount of companies we deal with to bring you all these great products, we can not stock them all as we would like to, so we use different warehouses thru out the US and UK when possible for faster shipping.

For large products/Custom products, Heavy products will take longer to ship and the shipping will be calculated after the item is purchased as it is per weight due to the size of some of the heavier and larger furniture that must be sent by truck. We will inform you of the total shipping costs to your location, some items are not available for world wide shipping.

WE SHIP WORLD WIDE! From the USA to the UK, Australia, Eygpt, Romania, China just to name a few already shipped too!! Shipping to world wide areas are done by having the product shipped to us, then we ship www.usps.com as the rates are much cheaper then UPS. We will Inform You of the Additional Cost to have it Shipped Over Seas! Again we can not Refund Shipping Charges for returned or Exchanged items. A item is subject to a Reshipping Fee for Exchanged item. Thanks
