When you place a order you will receive a confirmation email automaticily. When your order is received by us we start to fur-fill that order. If a item is out of stock and on back order we will send you an email stating that your order is being processed with anything on back order. If no items it will just say processing. From this the items will ship, depending on the items this can be the same day or usually about 3-5 business days. We will then send a email stating your item has been shipped with the tracking number.

Shipping times do very as not all items are at the same warehouse and may take longer. Extra shipping charges will apply to over seas shipping and Bulk items which will usually have shipping estimate listed.
